Directions: Must be administered under physician supervision. As a Medical Food, take (2) two capsules at bedtime or as directed by physician. 

Ingredients: Each serving (per 2 capsules) contains:
Proprietary Amino Acid Formulation Cholin Bitartrate, L-Glutamic Acid, Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl
Cocoa Extract Theobroma cacao (fruit) (6% theobromine) 
Ginkgo Ginkgo biloba (leaf) 
Hawthorne Crataegus spp. (fruit) 
Dextrose
Griffonia Extract Griffonia simplicifolia (seed) (95% 5-HTP)

Other Ingredients: Tricalcium phosphate, gelatin, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate. 

Contains no added sugar, starch, wheat, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavor. 

Storage: Keep tightly closed and away from direct sunlight in a cool dry place 8-32 C (45-50 F), relative humidity, below 50%.
