Really awesome product for digestion. Go on the Quicksilver site and see. I started out the gate with the full dose and it did not do well for my bowels. I scaled back to one pump a day for a week and then moved up to two.

Advantages: I though it had a strong taste like dark licorice but my wife said it tasted fine so advantage or disadvantage is going to be up to you.

Disadvantages: Go slow with this one and build up. Don't do full dose out the gate.
