SUGGESTED USE

For maintenance of healthy inflammatory response, a person between 100 and 150 lbs. should take 2-3 capsules; a person between 151 and 200 lbs. should take 3-4 capsules. Effects are generally felt within 30 minutes to an hour. Repeat the dose every 4-8 hours as needed.
