Liver/Gall Bladder
The liver and gall bladder are located under the rib cage on the left side of body. The liver as many jobs to do and can be thought of as the oil filter of the body. Cleansing and detoxifying the blood; clearing hormones and helping with digestion. The gall bladder stores the bile produced by the liver and releases the bile during fat digestion.
What can go wrong?
Any combination of problems can arise in liver health due to poor diet, infections and toxins. Many time when someone has indigestion, acid reflux (GERD and heartburn it is being caused by bile
backing up into the stomach from a congested gall bladder. While many mistakenly treat this with antacids the problem generally is further downline at the gallbladder.
Fortunately even thought you cannot change the liver like an oil filter it can be cleansed. Cleaning usually involves a number of steps to be truly effective. We recommend several programs to liver cleansing and healing.
