of aqueous extracts of: Chinese hawthorn fruit (shan zha), Sickle-pod senna seed (jue ming zi), Asian water plantain rhizome (ze xie), Chinese rhubarb root & rhizome (da huang), Fo-ti root tuber (he shou wu), Chrysanthemum flower (ju hua), Sacred lotus leaf (he ye), Japanese knotweed root & rhizome (hu zhang) 

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium 

Directions: Take 2-4 tablets 3 times daily 30 minutes before meals with a glass of warm water or as directed by your health care professional
