When you first start to use intraMAX, you should begin with the 'Less is More' protocol and follow it up with 'General Maintenance'. If you have already been given instructions on how to take intraMAX by your doctor, then follow those directions.

As your body begins to detoxify you may become accustomed to the supplement and you may increase the dosage as indicated in one of the protocols below. When you begin to use intraMAX, your body may excrete toxins for a while. This may be indicated as change in urine color or modified feces. As your body adjusts, this will subside.

How do I take intraMAX?

• Shake the bottle well before each use.
• It is most effective when taken on an empty stomach. Please do not dilute with water, juice or food.
• Refrigerate bottle after opening.
• Do not take other supplements or pharmaceuticals within 2 hours prior or 2 hours after taking dose.
• Following your dose drink 8 to 10 ounces of pure, non-chlorinated filtered water - never tap water.
• For optimal results hold product in mouth 60 seconds and then swallow.
• Take 1 day per week off (for example, Sundays) to allow your body to rest.
