I have histamine intolerance, which many people would call allergies or food sensitivities. I had been taking another type of Quercetin at the time my functional medicine doctor recommended this supplement as a more effective form. I tried it and couldn't believe how much more effective it really was! I personally do best with 2 pills per day rather than the recommended 3 but we are all different and some may require the full dose to feel better. During the summer, when I tend to react more, I add stinging nettles to this supplement to keep a steady state. In any case, this one product has done more for me than any other I have tried, to date. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And the absolute best price I have seen for this supplement. However, it only pays to buy it here if you are purchasing other products (and Forrest Health has so many wonderful offerings) due to the shipping charges. Try it -- you'll be glad you did!
