This formulation has been developed based on the scientific literature as
well as clinical experience in Dr. Hudson’s women’s health practice. One of
the ways that valerian relieves pain is by its effects on the central nervous
system. Valerian has a powerful antispasmodic action on the uterus and the
intestines as does cramp bark.*

Black cohosh is not only a key herb in
menopause, but it is a very important plant in menstrual cramps. If the
menses is also associated with premenstrual irritability and anxiety, or a
delayed or irregular menstrual cycle, black cohosh is an especially indicated
menstrual cramp herb.*

Cramp Bark Extra | Vitanica 60 caps

Ingredients per 3 capsules:   

• Vitamin C (Calcium ascorbate)    750 mg
• Vitamin E (d-alpha tocepheryl succinate)    75 Iu
• Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxal-5 phosphate) 40 mg
• Vitamin B-3 (inositol-hexaniacinate) 150 mg
• Calcium (citrate-malate) 60 mg
• Magnesium (citrate-malate) 60    mg
• Rutin 300    mg
• Cramp Bark 300 mg
• Valerian root 150 mg
• Black Cohosh root 150 mg
• Ginger root 150 mg

Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose and water.

Suggested use:
One (1) to three (3) capsules every three hours up to four times daily during menstruation.  Avoid use of this product during pregnancy and lactation.
