My husband's acupuncturist recommended Clear Air quite a few years ago. He swears by it when he feels any early signs of a cold. Taking it several times a day seems to ward off symptoms or, at a minimum, make them both less severe and shorter in duration. I, too, have tried it on occasion with similar results.

Advantages: Significantly helps to ward off early cold symptoms and/or reduce duration and severity.

Disadvantages: None
