Of all the conditions afflicting us these days perhaps the most common and most insidious is those that affect our brain and our mind. The brain is the most important organ in the body. Mood disorders, as classified by the medical world, are rampant. In fact if you look at the astonishing number of people who are currently on mood altering drugs you would think it is an epidemic.
