International Agreement Under
The European Union has the legal right to conclude international agreements in all policy areas for which it is responsible, to the extent necessary to achieve the results of EU policy. In some policy areas, the EU has a certain type of international agreement: international treaty law has been largely codified by the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, which defines the rules and procedures governing the creation, amendment and interpretation of treaties, as well as the resolution and resolution of disputes and alleged violations. Treaties are recognized as one of the first manifestations of international relations as the main source of international law. The EU may conclude international agreements on matters related to the common foreign and security policy. .
