Health Concerns Astra C is mostly used to prevent colds and flu but may also be used for sinus problems, allergic rhinitis and hay fever.*

Therapuetic Actions: 
Helps prevent colds and flu. Treats chronic rhinitis and allergic rhinitis. Used as supplement to other burn therapies. May be used for spontaneous sweating.*

Ingredients: Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Astragalus (Huang Qi), White Atractylodes (Bai Zhu), Siler (Fang Feng), Zinc citrate, Rose Hips, Acerola

Directions/Recommended: As a dietary supplement, 2 capsules, 2-4 times per day as preventative. Take between meals
