of aqueous extracts of: Rehmannia root tuber (di huang), Jujube seed (suan zao ren), Fo-ti stem (ye jiao teng), Silk tree bark (he huan pi), Poria sclerotium (fu ling), Sichuan lovage rhizome (chuan xiong), Schisandra fruit (wu wei zi), Coptis rhizome (huang lian), Anemarrhena rhizome (zhi mu), Chinese licorice root (gan cao)
Other Ingredients: Stearic acid, cellulose, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, and silicon dioxide
Directions: Take 6 tablets late afternoon and another 6 tablets 1/2 hour before bedtime
