Alkabase Powder | Ormed

Using alkabase regularly will promote the establishment of a healthier internal environment in those persons who have a history of stomach or pancreatic problems, those who have lived on mineral depleted diets for extended periods (naturally occurring minerals in our food have an alkalizing effect), persons whose diets consist primarily of refined foods, persons who suffer of chronic constipation (a healthy body should eliminate two to three times daily) as well as persons who have smoked cigarettes or used drugs regularly.*

It has been shown that by alkalizing the urine, the rate at which nicotine is eliminated from the body is slowed, thereby making withdrawal easier.

To enhance this remedies healing potential: eat more organically grown vegetables, drink plenty of pure water, avoid white flour (this includes pasta) and white sugar containing foods, cut down on or eliminate coffee, avoid soft drinks and fruit juice, avoid all foods containing chemical additives , artificial food color and preservatives, eat less red meat and more fish, use unrefined sea salt (Celtic salt is best).

Alkalize for survival?
In 1918, Edward R. Hays, M.D., a physician with the U.S. Public Health Service, used alkalizers, including simple baking soda, against the Spanish flu. An early proponent of alkalizing therapy, Dr. Hays believed that alkalinizing the body increases resistance to disease and fights colds and influenza. “In many, many instances within 36 hours the symptoms would have entirely abated,” declared Dr. Hays.

Although research has been limited to laboratory and cellular studies, some scientists believe this discovery could have clinical applications. As a non-toxic, inexpensive, and easily accessible remedy, Alkabase could offer potential as a precautionary measure against viral infection. Dr. Hays’ recommendation for an acute infection was to take a half teaspoon of alkalizer in a glass of water six times at regular intervals during the first day, followed by four doses during the second day, and two on the third day.
