Ingredients per serving:
- Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 200 IU
- Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 25 mg
- Calcium (as citrate-malate) 50 mg
- Iodine (from kelp) 75 mcg
- Magnesium (as citrate-malate) 100 mg
- Chromium (as picolinate) 100 mcg
- Borage seed oil extract 150 mg
- Wild yam root 100 mg
- Dandelion leaf 100 mg
- Dong quai root 100 mg
- Passion flower extract 100 mg
- St. John's wort tops 100 mg
- Chaste Tree berry 50 mg
- Chaste Tree berry extract 25 mg
- Ginkgo extract 15 mg
- Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose and water.
Women's Phase I is suitable for vegetarians.
Suggested use: Two capsules two times daily from mid-cycle (day 14) until menses OR, two capsules every day.
Avoid during pregnancy and nursing.
This product contains no preservatives, binders, artificial colorings or flavorings, sucrose, glucose, starch, lactose, salt, corn, wheat, or milk derivatives.
