The scientifically accepted way of doing the initial test is to do two tests, both standard and then provoked. This gives the most information on toxic and heavy metals in you system as well as what you are currently being exposed to. Follow up test are done on only a provoked sample. Protocols Standard - upon arising in the morning take a sample from first morning urine. Process and send. Provoked - We send you the provoking agent (DMSA). a. Wake up b. Pee c. Take the provoking agents - DMSA ( 1 capsule for every 10 pounds) d. Collect all urine for 6 hours e. Prepare and ship sample Both Standard and Provoked (you must order two test kits) a.
