This is our sleep formula. As the name implies, it assists in falling asleep, returning to sleep and staying asleep. It is indicated in insomnias of nervous system origins, stress, overwork, inability to turn the mind off and also in disruptions of the normal sleep cycle due to travel.

Bulbinum in the 9C potency exerts an inhibitory effect on the mid-brain.

Rhodonite contains minerals that favor parasympathetic activity.

Crataegus oxyacantha has a sedative effect on the entire CNS and especially has a regulatory action on the heart, decreasing tachycardia and arrhythmias.

Ficus carica has a calming action on nervousness felt in the “stomach”. The buds of Tilia tomentosa have a known sedative and anxiolytic effect.
