Serrapeptase 500 mg 120 vcaps Serrapeptase is a strong proteolytic enzyme derived from the microorganism Serratia E15. It was originally discovered in the intestine of the silkworm; friendly bacteria living in the gut of the silkworm produces this enzyme which is in turn used to dissolve a hole in the silkworm’s cocoon. For the past 25 years, Serrapeptase has been studied and is widely used throughout the world to treat a broad range of medical conditions including arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, cardiovascular disease- just to name a few.
