Ingredients: Avena sativa (M) 5mg, Coffea tosta 60X Decoction 1g, Humulus lupulus MT (N) 0.24g, Passiflora incarnata MT (N) 1.5g, Valeriana officinalis MT (N) 3g, contains Sucrose.  

Directions: Age 6 and older: 15 pilules.  Age 1-5: 10 pilules.  Under age 1: 5 pilules.  for sleeplessness, take the amount above as a single dose at bedtime.  For nervousness and agitation: take the amount above 3-4 times daily.  

Warnings: Stop use and ask your doctor if: sleeplessness persists for more than 2 weeks.  Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying condition.  If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.  Keep out of reach of children.  Do not purchase if safety seal ring at bottom of cap is broken or missing.
