The Healthy Gourmet was started in 1993 while Ginny was formulating recipes for her customers with health issues, in her New Hampshire Bakery (formerly-Ginny's Gourmet European Bakery.) Ginny, having been a Restaurateur and Caterer for over 17 years knew there was a great need to incorporate greater nutrition into the average diet. Her customers many requests propelled her into many years of research, and thus The Healthy Gourmet was born....Healthy & Gourmet well, that was a challenge but well worth it.
