Menopause Plus Formula Ingredients per 2 caplets: Red Clover Extract (Trifolium pratense) 500 mg (standardized 8% isoflavonoids) (flowering tops) Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) (root) 100 mg Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) (root) 100 mg Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) (leaf) 100 mg Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) (leaf) 100 mg Black Cohosh Extract (Cimicifuga racemosa) 80 mg (standardized 2.5% triterpene glycosides) (root) Chaste Tree Berry Extract (Vitex agnus castus) 20 mg (standardized 0.6% aucubins) (berries) Other ingredients: Di-calcium Phosphate, Vegetable Sterols, Cellulose, and Magnesium Stearate. Suggested use: 2 caplets daily.  As is common with herbal supplementation, it may take up to 8 weeks to experience full benefits.
