The Halo Posture comes in four weights; 2,3,4 and 5 pounds and have the ability to attach 2, one pound soft weights to the head band. The soft weights are fitted with velcro fasteners which attach to the tubular portion of the head weight. The soft weights can be attached to the center,left or right side of the head weight.
