Green and white teas are rich sources of polyphenols, including epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Of all the teas, white tea (the budding phase of Camellia sinensis) is the most highly prized and least processed.

White Peony and Green Sencha Tea, (leaf), 1000 mg certified organic (minimum 40% polyphenols - 400 mg, 3-6% theanine** - 30-60 mg, and 5-9% caffeine** - 50-90 mg)

** A range for theanine and caffeine is provided as there is a slight variance in levels due to the climatic changes during each tea harvest
