Nanized Chinese Gold Coin Grass (Lysimchia chr.), Turmeric (rhizome)(Curcuma longa), Lemon (peel)(Citrus limon), Parsley (leaf)(Petroselenium crispum), Noni (fruit,seed)(Morinda citrofilia, Ligusticum (root)(Lijusticum walichii), Bifidobacteria Species (breve ss. breve, infantis ss.infantis, longum), Enterococcusm Species (faecalis TH10, faecium), Lactobacillus Species (acidophilus, bulgaricus, caseiss. casei, ferm., helvet. ss. jaurti, plantarum), Strep.therm.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal-5, Pyridoxamine-5, Phosphate) (5.1mg)

Other Ingredients: purified water, certified organic alcohol. 

Recommended Use: 
Adults or children (age 4 and up): Take 1/2 teaspoon mixed in water or juice, 1 to 2 times daily.  For special programs, especially those who have trouble falling asleep, up to 6 servings can be taken throughout the day. May take 1-2  tsp. at a time. Take 2-3 tsp. before bed if you have trouble staying asleep throughout the night. 

For best results, sip slowly 10-15 minutes, holding each sip in your mouth 2-3 seconds before swallowing. It is absorbed through the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat. Even better: Put full amount for day in water bottle and sip all day long
