Ingredients:
1 tablet provides:
Goldenseal (hydrastic canadensis) 80 mg
Echinacea augustifolia 40 mg*
Echinacea purpurea 40 mg*

Other ingredients:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500 mg
Mixed Citrus Bioflavonoids 200 mg
Zinc (monomethionine) 5 mg
Vitamin A (palmitate) 5000 iu
Natural beta-carotene 5000 iu
Copper (chelate) 200 mcg
Folic Acid 800 mcg

*40 mg is 6.5:1 concentrated herbal extract is equivalent to approximately 260 mg of fresh herb.

Caution:
Premenopausal women likely to become pregnant should take no more than 2 tablets daily, due to Vitamin A content.
