CorvalenM 12 oz Medical Food Nutrition Facts Serving Size: 6.1 g (1 scoop or 2 teaspoons) Servings Per Container: 56 Amount Per Serving: Calories 25 Calories from Fat 0 Total Carbohydrate 6 g Sugars 5 g Magnesium 40 mg (as magnesium gluconate) D-Ribose 5 g Malic Acid 240 mg Ingredients: D-ribose, magnesium gluconate, malic acid Directions: CorvalenM may be taken with other foods approved for your diet. Add one level scoop (two slightly rounded teaspoonfuls) to 4-8 ounces of your favorite juice, stir briskly and drink. As an alternative, sprinkle on cereal, fruit or applesauce. Dosage: Normal dosage is twice daily. Up to 4 doses per day ma be taken as needed. If moderate to sever symptoms are present (as frequently seen in fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome) it is recommended that at least three doses per day be taken for the first two weeks before reducing dosage to twice per day. One dose should be taken in the morning and one in the evening, with a third or fourth dose throughout the day as desired. Continued use is required to maintain benefits of CorvalenM. Caution: Insulin-dependent diabetics, pregnant women and those with elevated uric acid levels (associated with gout) should consult their physician before use.
