Balanced HPA Formula


Contegra is a true excitatory/balanced formula, directed toward optimizing both adrenal and thyroid function, and both excitatory (catecholamine) and inhibitory (GABA) pathways in the nervous system.

Contegra may be used alone or in concert with other formulas when more support of particular pathways is needed. Contegra provides Eleutherococcus and members of the B complex—particularly Pantethine— which offer adrenal support. N-acetyl L-tyrosine and Betaine (trimethylglycine) target excitatory signaling. Suntheanine is included for inhibitory support and potassium iodide provides the thyroid with requisite iodine. Delivery into the systemic circulation is boosted via inclusion of the NSB proprietary blend. When adrenal and thyroid functions are low concomitant with imbalanced neurotransmitters, HPA endocrine support can make a great difference in therapeutic intervention outcomes.
