Dr. Forrest, MA, MH, DC, is a licensed  chiropractor in the state of California. His is available for in-office consultations or for informational educational phone consultations. You are welcome to draw on his over 24 years of clinical experience..

He is here to serve your needs. His primary concern is that you get results. He has explored many alternative healing systems and methods over the last twenty-five years. Each time he learns a way to improve his ability to help it is incorporate it into our therapies.

Getting healthy and staying healthy can be quite complex and may require a combination of numerous therapies. We try to incorporate as many of these as we can to give us the highest possibility of improvement. We use your feedback and our experience to continually modify our approach to increase the likelihood of your success.

My clinic uses "outside the box" thinking to attempt to get at the root of issues. Not being limited by the western medicine paradigm, we are free to explore alternative healing approaches. Often these approaches use some combination of Nutritional, herbs and homeopathic remedies. When combined in this way patients often get their desired results.

Along with my clinical practice, I write, lead groups, occasionally lecture and teach meditation. I have a special interest and continue to explore the expansion of the mind and  human consciousness. Using a variety of approaches and tools that I have learned I work with individuals and groups exploring the many faceted aspects of human life and the mind that help free us from the unnecessary and painful mind created suffering.
