Serene is a non-stimulatory product used extensively during Phase 1 of neurotransmitter optimization to increase serotonin and prior to therapies that are more stimulatory.
Serene addresses the low serotonin levels commonly seen in neurotransmitter test results as well as prevents over-stimulation from excitatory neurotransmitters.
