For immediate and urgent use:
Take 3 capsules with cool water between meals every 3 hours.

Maintenance:
Take 2 capsules at least 30 min. before breakfast and 2 capsules mid-afternoon away from food.
Others may prefer once a day usage.

No pesticides or chemical fertilizers used.
Our capsules are free of sodium laurel sulfate.
