Recommendations:
Take 2-3 suppositories per day or immediately after working out.  Bodybuilders and athletes have consistently reported noticeable improvement in their overall strength as well as positive changes in their muscle tone in as little as 5 days when the suppositories are taken immediately after or within 2 hours after working out. Each Branched Chain Amino Acids Suppository contains a proprietary blend of the following Amino Acids: L-Leucine 333mg; Isoleucine 225mg; Valine 234mgs; Ascorbyl Palmitate 25 mg: Suppository Base: The base Is a proprietary combination of plant and fruit butters, vegetable acids, medium chain triglycerides, phospholipids, lecithin, vegetable starches, guar gum and xanthan gum.

Recommedned dosage: 3 suppositories per day or as needed.
