Borage Oil
GLA is the active ingredient found in the oil of Borage Seeds.

Borage oil has 1.5 times more GLA than Black Currant oil and almost 3 times more than Evening Primrose oil.

It is an Essential Fatty Acid in the Omega-6 category, but unlike the unhealthy Omega-6 oils such as vegetable oil, Borage Oil has tremendous health promoting effects. It is essential for smooth, healthy skin and female hormonal balance with conditions such as PMS and menopause.
