Ingredients: Avena sativa MT (M) 12.5ml, Passiflora incarnata 1X (N) 12.5ml, Valeriana officinalis Decoction MT 12.5ml, Coffea tosta 60X Decoction 7.5ml, Humulus lupulus 2X (N) 5ml, Alcohol 52% v/v.  

Directions: For sleeplessness, at bedtime: Age 12 and older: 20-40 drops.  Age 6-11: 5-10 drops as a single dose.  Under age 6: ask a doctor.  For nervousness and agitation: Age 12 and older: 15-20 drops 3-4 times daily.  Age 6-11: 5-10 drops as a single dose.  Under age 6: ask a doctor.  

Warnings: Stop use and ask your doctor if sleeplessness persists for more than two weeks.  Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying condition.  If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.  Keep out of reach of children.  Do not purchase if safety seal ring at bottom of cap is broken or missing.
