• Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 100 mg
• Riboflavin (Riboflavin-5-Phosphate) 5 mg

• Folic Acid 500 mcg
• Pantothenic Acid (d-Calcium) 250 mg
• N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine 75 mg
• Siberian Ginseng (Eleuthrococcus senticosus) (root) 250 mg standardized to contain 0.8% [16 mg] ginsenosides)
• American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) (root) 100 mg (standardized to contain 5% [5 mg] ginsenosides)
• Ashwaghanda (Withania somnifera) (root) 100 mg (standardized to contain 1.5% [1.5 mg] withanolides)
• Rhodiola Rosea 100 mg (standardized to contain 3% [3 mg] rosavins (and 1% [1 mg] salidrosides)
• Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) (root) 20 mg

Other Ingredients: Rice flour, magnesium stearate.

Recommended Use
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule, three times a day with meals or as directed by your health care practitioner.
