PhytoGyn supplies a fluid extract blend of plants rich in phytoestrogens, a botanical extract of black cohosh found effective for support-ing menopausal health, and tradi-tional women’s herbs for balancing hormones. Phyto-estrogens bind to estrogen receptor sites, and in the presence of minimal endogenous estrogens (menopause) they may exert moderate estrogenic activity. Black cohosh may possess additional properties relating to neurotransmitter metabolism, osteoblast activity, and modulation of other hormones.
