Pure cold-pressed flaxseed oil
Flaxseed oil is the single best vegetarian source of the omega-3 fatty acid, providing 50-60% alpha-linolenic acid (a precursor to 3-seriers prostaglandins), and linoleic acid. FlaxCaps contains pure, organically grown, cold-pressed, virgin flaxseed oil which has been processed in the absence of light and oxygen, and nitrogen-packed to preserve freshness.

One capsule contains:
Flaxseed oil 1,000 mg

Yielding at least:
alph-linolenic acid (omega-3) 525 mg
Oleic acid (omega-9) 170 mg
Linoleic acid (omega-6) 157 mg

Suggested use for adults:
1 - 6 softgel caps, 1 - 3 times daily, best taken with meals, or as directed.
