The Fem Essentials from Metagenics is a comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals to supply a comprehensive nutritional foundation to women. The ratio of vitamin B is to ensure your adrenal glands and liver are functioning properly. The Fem Essentials also protect your cells from radical damage by providing you a proprietary blend of beta-carotene and Betatene® mixed carotenoids.
