Suggested Use:
Two capsules three times a day on an empty stomach , about 30-45 minutes before meals for 40 days, then as needed, or as directed by healthcare practitioner. The use of alcohol, caffeine, chocolate and tea may reduce effectiveness if taken within 5 hours of use.
